Made It To Autumn

Now that we're in September, I can, as a non-weather-careered person, officially say we've reached fall. The fall decorations are in the stores, Halloween is being marketed, the temperatures are slightly cooler - though, I'd like them to be cooler faster. But it is what it is, and I will be content in it.

Did you know that Livi's now makes wedding cakes? 👰💍💒🎩🎉 I have one scheduled for November 4th. It is a semi-naked (the kind where you can see the cake through the frosting) lemon and vanilla flavored cake. I made samples for the bride and groom, and had some left over. I took another sample to work and gained another wedding cake order. 😍 This bride wanted blueberries in her lemon cake, so I made her a sample. She said that she and her fiance ate the small cake for dinner instead of eating their dinner. 🤩 I think that's brilliant!

As always, I want you to know that I appreciate you, your patronage, and your repeat service. Livi's has been open for 3 years. The "experts" say that by now about 50% of small businesses close. In 5 years, they say, 80% are closed. I don't see that happening for Livi's. We will be here, continuing to provide you fresh, quality, delicious baked goods for sharing, without the hasslle.
