Spring!

Spring is awesome. Yes, there are allergies. Yes, there are those little seed thingys that stick to your car, fall in your hair and cover every square inch of our yard under that big ol' oak tree. Yes, there is that. But there are also new generations of birds at our feeders, flowers in random spots bursting with purples, pinks, and whites! Have you seen the Dogwoods? Beautiful! It is really a great time, and this year we will have Spring Cookie Platters! For the next few months, we will have shamrock, flower, rainbow and bunny sugar cookies, thumbprint cookies (the shortbread cookie with the fruity center), carrot cake cookies, and grasshopper bark (think chocolate and mint...mmmmm). This is also a newly-birthed thing at Livi's! We are adding two new classic cakes to the menu - a Caramel Cake and a Hummingbird Cake. We are also continuing to work on our Livi's Bakery, where you can come and visit us and just grab a slice of cake or a handful of cookies. Stay tuned for more about that!
